Monthly packages can vary based on your needs and how you plan to use monthly managed services. On average, most of our clients retain us for $2000 a month. (Far cheaper than an employee with 10 years experience, no?)
Yes, optional ones. We offer discounted rates for 3 month and 12 month commitments.
Depends on the scope of the request - Singular tasks are completed within 2 business days. More substantial projects and their complexities might take 2 weeks. The largest projects we've ever done have spanned 4 months. (Usually that's our membership sites.)

Let's say that you want to create a solid marketing funnel. One that has every element dialed in so that it's easy for prospects to become clients. For that, you need:
• Lead capture
• A webpage to send them to
• Autoresponders
• Appointment reminders for sales calls
• Somewhere to take notes about the sales call
• Fulfillment sequence or client welcome sequence for those who buy
• A nurture campaign for those who don't buy
• and maybe more...
You then submit your outline of that whole project via our ticketing system. If we have more questions, we may either send an email or invite you to hop on a video chat.
And then we'll get right to work. We'll create the lead capture form and build the landing page for you to send leads to, set up the autoresponders and other nurture campaigns on the backend - complete with copywriting on the emails, if you want. We'll set up your CRM to segment the warm prospects from the new leads so that you know who to focus on. And build out the automations for your new clients that you close after all is said and done.
Then you'll be alerted to the project being complete (either via email or Slack) and we'll arrange a time for launching it.
- Once you are onboarded and we become intimately familiar with your business over time, the video chats will become less frequent and all you may ever need to do is send in projects via a ticket. (Just like if you had someone on your staff.)
Absolutely. Our whole team performs their tasks alongside our time-tracking app. Those reports are available upon request on a monthly basis.
Our managed marketing and sales service is designed to ensure you are taken care of at the highest level. We don't nickel and dime you:
The first time an overage occurs, we'll roll it into the next month at no additional charge.
If an overage happens a second time, we invoice for the difference at the end of the month.
If overages become a pattern, we'll invite you to discuss upgrading to a higher retainer package at a discounted rate.
As a client, you will be added onto our company Slack channel so that you're able to communicate directly with members of the team who work on your projects. (Everyone is available via email, as well.)
You'll also be provided a HitMoxie ticketing portal, which is a link to a form that you will want to bookmark. This form is where you can submit tasks to our team. This form is usually reserved for tasks that are easy enough to articulate via a written explanation. And you can certainly link to any resources in this form, such as Google Drive, a Loom video, etc.
Lastly, we STRONGLY encourage clients to set up a standing meeting with us at least once a month. We have found that our most successful clients are the ones that are consistent and committed to attending the standing call. On these meetings, you'll share what's coming down the pipeline, what projects you want our support on during the month, and we'll brainstorm on other ways that we can support you that you might not be aware of.
